Director Declaration

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), the Company announces that Jane Hall, Group Finance Director, has been appointed to the Board of Outsourcery PLC, a company whose shares have today been admitted to trading on AIM. Jane will serve on the Board of Outsourcery PLC in a Non-Executive capacity and her role and responsibilities at Innovation remain unchanged.
