Target Healthcare REIT Limited announces that, at the General Meeting held on 7 July 2014, the special resolution was duly passed.
As announced on 18 June 2014 the Company is proposing to raise additional equity capital by means of a placing and offer for subscription of new ordinary shares (the "Placing and Offer") at a price which would not be dilutive to existing Shareholders. The Company expects to issue a prospectus in relation to the Placing and Offer shortly.
