Result of Annual General Meeting
The Directors of Thor Mining PLC ("Thor" or the "Company") (AIM, ASX: THR) the exploration company focused on gold and base metal projects and advancing tungsten-molybdenum projects in the Northern Territory of Australia, are pleased to announce that all Resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 27 November 2012 were duly passed without amendment.
