Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was informed by Paul Johnson on 2 June 2017 that Value Generation Limited, a company owned by Paul Johnson and his spouse, acquired 500,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.888 pence each on 2 June 2017 ("Ordinary Shares").
Following the above mentioned acquisition, Paul Johnson and his closely associated persons are beneficially interested in 10,002,649 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.68 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
The notifications below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation and the Australian Securities Exchange, provide further detail.
