Notification under AIM Rule 17:

The Company was notified on 8 March 2012 of the following purchase by a Director:

Robert Adair, Executive Chairman:

On 8 March 2012, 330,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company.

The purchase price was 11.6 pence per share and were purchased by his SIPP.

Following this transactions Robert Adair is deemed to have total beneficial interests of 131,571,239 shares, representing 62.07% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
