Capital Reduction confirmed by Court of Session

10 September 2012

Further to the General Meeting of Terrace Hill Group PLC held on Thursday 2 August 2012, at which the resolution set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 13 July 2012 to reduce the Company's share premium account by £25.0 million was passed unanimously by Shareholders, the resolution was confirmed by an Order of the Court of Session in Edinburgh on 7 September 2012. The Order was registered pursuant to section 649 of the Companies Act 2006 on 10 September 2012.

This completes the capital reduction.
