London, 6 November 2014 - Touchstone was notified on November 5th 2014 by Mr Ilyas Khan that his aggregate beneficial ownership has increased from 37,833,855 to 41,233,855 representing 10.26% of issued share capital (threshold passed 10%) held as to: Pennine Capital Limited, 23,000,000 common shares; ECK Partners Holdings Limited, 15,420,859 common shares; and Stanhill Special Situations Fund Limited, 2,812,996 common shares.
The above percentage has been calculated on the current issued share capital of 402,035,432 common shares. The issued share capital will increase to 480,982,800 following admission of the placing shares announced on 31 October 2014, which is expected to occur on 10 November 2014.
