Thorpe(F.W.) PLC04 October 2007 F W THORPE PLC DIRECTOR'S HOLDING In accordance with the Companies Acts and the Disclosure and Transparency Rules,the Company announces that Dr D A Dimeloe has exercised 7,500 share optionsrepresenting 0.06 percent. of the voting share capital. Of the 7,500 shareoptions exercised, 3,141 related to the Company's approved share option schemeand 4,359 related to the Company's unapproved share option scheme. All of theoptions have been exercised at a price of 117p per share. Dr Dimeloe has furtherannounced that he has sold 1,000 of these shares on 4 October 2007 at a price of560p per share. Following these transactions Dr Dimeloe has a beneficial interest in 28,300ordinary shares representing 0.24 percent. of the voting share capital of theCompany. Application has been made for the 7,500 new ordinary shares to be admitted totrading on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market. Admission is expected to beon 10 October 2007. TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS Following the issue of these new shares the total issued share capital of theCompany is 11,905,076 shares. There are no Treasury or other non voting shares.Therefore the total number of voting shares is 11,905,076 shares and this numbercan be used to determine any notifiable interests in the Company.
