Notification of Transaction of Director

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2. (R), the Company was notified on 29 May 2015 that Daemmon Reeve, Group CEO, purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of the Company on 28 May at a price of 1.505p per share. The shares represent 0.002% of the issued share capital of the company.

Following this transaction Mr Reeve's total beneficial holding stands at 126,304 shares being 0.24% of the issued share capital of the Company.
