(R), the Company was notified on 8 January 2015 that Richard Hope, Group Finance Director, purchased 10,089 ordinary shares of the Company on that day at a price of Β£1.379 per share. The shares, which represent 0.019% of the issued share capital of the company, are registered in the name of Alliance Trust Savings Nominees Limited.
