Notification of Transaction of Director
In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2. (R), the Company was notified on 16 March 2016 that on that day Richard Hope, Group Finance Director, transferred 18,885 shares registered in his name into the name of HSDL Nominees Limited, whilst retaining beneficial ownership.
The Company was also notified that on 16 March 2016, Richard Hope sold 3,086 ordinary shares of the Company registered in the name of HSDL Nominees Limited at a price of 170.0p per share and immediately bought back 3,044 ordinary shares of the Company into an ISA registered in the name of HSDL Nominees Limited at a price of 171.3p per share.
Following these transactions Mr Hope's total beneficial holding stands at 193,606 shares being 0.37% of the issued share capital of the Company registered in the names of Richard Hope (854 shares), Treatt SIP Trustee Limited (4,173 shares), Alliance Trust Savings Nominees Ltd (169,736 shares) and HSDL Nominees Limited (18,843 shares).
