Directorate change

Treatt, the manufacturer and supplier of a diverse and sustainable portfolio of natural extracts and ingredients for the beverage, flavour and fragrance industries, announces that Bronagh Kennedy has informed the Board of her intention to step down as a Non-executive Director at the end of her three-year term, to devote more time to her other board roles. This change will take effect on 31 January 2026.

Vijay Thakrar, Chair of Treatt, commented: "I would like to express our thanks to Bronagh for her contribution to the Board and Treatt Group and for her work as Chair of the Remuneration Committee since January 2023. We wish Bronagh well for the future." 

The appointment of a new Non-executive Director is in process.
