Block Listing Application
A block listing application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for 500,000 ordinary shares of nominal value of Ā£0.02 each in the capital of Treatt plc ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading. Admission is expected to take place on or around 12 August 2019.
These shares have been reserved under a block listing and will be issued on exercise of options granted under the Treatt plc Save As You Earn Share Option Scheme and the Treatt plc US Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
When issued these shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares.
