Konektio? update
Further to the Company's announcement on 8 November 2023, Tern Plc (AIM:TERN), the investment company specialising in supporting high growth, early-stage, disruptive Internet of Things ("IoT") technology businesses, provides an update in relation to its holding in InVMA Limited, which trades as KonektioTM ("Konektio").
Tern confirms that 75% of Tern's holding in Konektio has now been transferred to a valueless class of Konektio deferred shares, as was described in the Company's announcements of 8 November 2023 and 21 November 2023. Additionally, Bruce Leith has stepped down from the board of Konektio as Tern's representative.
Tern will provide a further update in relation to its holding in Konektio at the appropriate time.
