Telecom Plus PLC (the "Company")

Director's Shareholding

The Company received notification today that Charles Wigoder made a gift of 100,000 ordinary shares of 5p each to the Wigoder Family Foundation on 17 June 2011.

Mr Wigoder now has a beneficial interest in 13,504,041 shares and a non-beneficial interest in 2,600,000 shares, representing approximately 19.40 percent and 3.74 percent respectively of the total voting rights in the Company.

The total number of shares in which Mr Wigoder retains an interest remains unchanged at 16,104,041 shares, representing approximately 23.14 percent of the total voting rights in the Company.
