Telecom Plus PLC (the "Company")
Notification and public disclosure by directors/persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
Telecom Plus PLC received notification on 2 December 2024 that Charles Wigoder, Chairman, acquired 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") on 2 December 2024.
Therefore, Mr Wigoder now has a beneficial interest in 5,537,991 Ordinary Shares and a non-beneficial interest in 3,092,683 Ordinary Shares through the Wigoder Family Foundation, representing approximately 6.97 per cent. and 3.90 per cent. respectively of the total voting rights in the Company.
The total number of Ordinary Shares in which Mr Wigoder, and his persons closely associated, retain an interest is 8,630,674 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 10.87 per cent. of the total voting rights in the Company.
The attached notification, made in accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014 (as incorporated into UK domestic law by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018), gives further detail of the number of Ordinary Shares acquired.
