DIVIDEND DECLARATION
Triple Point Energy Transition plc (ticker: TENT) has declared an interim dividend in respect of the period from 1 January 2024 to 31 March 2024 of 1.375 pence per Ordinary Share, payable on or around 19 July 2024 to holders of Ordinary Shares on the register on 5 July 2024. The ex-dividend date will be 4 July 2024.

On 22 March 2024, shareholders approved the Company's proposed orderly realisation of assets. Details of future divestments or returns of capital are expected to be announced via a Regulatory Information Service in due course.
