Tekcapital plc, (AIM: TEK) the UK intellectual property investment group focused on creating marketplace value from investing in university technology, announces that as at 30 November 2020 the total issued share capital of the Company consists of 92,828,042 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each.
This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
