Bellescura Plc - Disposal of Shares
Tekcapital Plc (AIM: TEK) the UK intellectual property investment group focused on creating valuable products that can improve people's lives, announces that it has sold 3,500,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in Bellescura Plc ("Bellescura Shares") at a price of 16.15 pence per share raising £565,250.
The proceeds from the sale of the Bellescura Shares will be used by Tekcapital to contribute towards the proposed placing and Admission to trading on AIM of MicroSalt plc.
Following the sale of Bellescura Shares Tekcapital currently owns approximately 7.73% of the share capital of Bellescura Plc.
