Telford Homes PLC18 December 2006 TELFORD HOMES PLC ("Telford" or the "Company") TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 and AIMNotice 25, we would like to notify the market of the following informationregarding the total number of voting rights and capital in respect of the sharesof the Company which are admitted to trading on AIM: Telford has issued share capital comprising of 36,940,475 Ordinary Shares of 10pwith voting rights. Telford does not hold any shares in treasury. Telford does not have any other class of share which has voting rights.
