Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that it has been informed that, Jon Di-Stefano, Chief Executive Officer, today exercised 33,000 approved options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 90.5 pence per share (the "Exercise"). Following the Exercise, Jon Di-Stefano today transferred 33,000 Ordinary Shares to his wife, Helen Jane Di-Stefano (the "Transfer").
Following the Exercise and Transfer Jon Di-Stefano is interested in 403,161 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.54% of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
Following the Exercise, the Company's share capital and Total Voting Rights comprises 74,883,000 Ordinary Shares and the Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Consequently 74,883,000 is the figure which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Telford Homes under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
