Issue of Equity
The Company announces that it has made an application to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM of 10,000 new ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") to satisfy the exercise today of 10,000 options over Ordinary Shares under the Company's Unapproved Option Scheme ("New Shares"). The exercise price of the options was 79 pence per share. The New Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 21st March 2016.
Following the allotment of the New Shares, the Company's share capital and total voting rights comprises 74,671,661 Ordinary Shares and the Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Consequently 74,671,661 is the figure which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
