The Company announces that it was informed on 22 March 2016 that on that day, Frank Nelson, Non-Executive Director, purchased in the name of his wife 14,385 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at the price of 346.25 pence per share. Following this purchase, Frank Nelson is beneficially interested in 27,339 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.036% of the current issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
