The Company announces that it has been informed today that James Furlong, Land Director, has today purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at the price of 346.5 pence per share. Following this purchase, James Furlong is beneficially interested in 1,254,342 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.67% of the current issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
