Certain funds managed by the BlackRock Group hold approximately 26 per cent. of the shares in Authentic Brands Group, LLC ("ABG") and are therefore deemed to be concert parties of ABG under the Code. As at the close of business on 18 August 2022 (being the latest practicable date prior to the date of this disclosure), various index tracker funds managed by the BlackRock Group held 2,240,777 ordinary shares in Ted Baker plc in aggregate and the Panel has confirmed that holdings and dealings by these index tracker funds have no consequences under Rules 4, 6, 9 or 11 of the Code. In addition, various funds managed by the BlackRock Group have, in aggregate, lent 555,408 ordinary shares in Ted Baker plc.
