Notification of transactions of Directors/Persons discharging managerial responsibility and connected persons
The Company has been notified that on 18 November 2014 Lindsay Page, Chief Operating Officer & Group Finance Director, sold 45,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 2,050 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of the transaction, Lindsay Page holds 81,039 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.19% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital of 43,721,122 (excluding treasury shares).
Lindsay Page also holds nil-cost options in respect of 58,172 Ordinary Shares under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plans and an option over 1,875 Ordinary Shares under the Ted Baker Sharesave Scheme.
Notification of the above transaction is made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
