Notification of Transactions of Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
The Company has been notified that on 11 October 2017, Ray Kelvin CBE, Founder & Chief Executive, exercised options under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan 2013 in respect of 62,527 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
All such shares were pre-placed for sale with independent parties prior to exercise. The shares were placed at a price of 2760 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of the transaction, there was no change in the shareholding of Ray Kelvin CBE and as such he holds 15,540,280 Ordinary Shares, representing 35.02% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
Ray Kelvin CBE also holds options in respect of a further 76,190 Ordinary Shares under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan 2013.
The attached notification, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, gives further detail.
