Board update

Further to the Company's announcement made on 26 September 2019, the Board of Ted Baker is pleased to announce that Rachel Osborne has now joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer and been appointed to the Board.

The Company confirms that there is no further information to be disclosed under the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.13R in relation to the appointment.
