Blocklisting Application
Application has been made for the admission of 1,086,653 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company (the "Shares"') to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. The Shares are being reserved under a block listing and may be issued pursuant to the exercise of options granted under the following employee share schemes:
