Telefónica Slovakia, s.r.o. will distribute its profits

Telefónica Slovakia, s.r.o. will distribute its profits to the amount of EUR 32.8 million from the accumulated profit from previous periods account to the Sole Participant, Telefónica Czech Republic, a.s.. The decision was made today by the Board of Directors of Telefónica Czech Republic, a.s., exercising the powers vested to the general meeting of Telefónica Slovakia, s.r.o..
