Personnel changes in the Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board of Telefónica Czech Republic, a.s., has decided on January 29, 2014 on the following personnel changes. As of this date resigned from their offices the Chairwoman, Mrs María Eva Castillo Sanz and members of the Supervisory Board Mr Jesús Pérez de Uriguen and Mr Francisco de Borja de Nicolás Benito. Subsequently, the Supervisory Board elected Mr Martin Štefunko as its Chairman and Mr Ladislav Bartoníček as its 1st Vice-chairman.
All these changes are effective as of January 30, 2014.
