Cesky Telecom A.S.22 December 2005 PRESS RELEASE The Number of Users of Eurotel Mobile High Speed Internet Access Exceeded 65 000 Prague, 22nd December 2005 - The number of customers of the mobile high-speedInternet access using the CDMA2000 1xEV-DO technology exceeded 65 000 last week.Network coverage and capacity was also extended thanks to new CDMA base stationslaunched in autumn. Eurotel once again confirms its commitment to providequality Internet access to all customers. The steep increase of customers of the mobile high-speed Internet access viaCDMA over the last six weeks was driven especially by our successful andfavoured Christmas offer for new clients. In addition to the overall drop ofdata tariffs, Eurotel offers a new attractive customer packet for a great pricecontaining a notebook, modem and Internet access. With activation of InternetPro or Internet Kombi service by the end of 2005 customers will get two monthsof free access, and they can also purchase a new CDMA AnyData ADU-E100H modemfor as little as CZK 1. The combined offer features a notebook for a specialprice CZK 13 600*. The offer is valid until 31st December 2005. New base stations were constructed and network capacity improved all over thecountry during autumn resulting in better coverage and availability of theservice in a higher number of locations as well as in better signal quality andaccelerated data transmission speed in areas that had been covered previously.Users will notice capacity improvements in the following regions - Trebic,Sedlcany, Velke Popovice, Louky in Zlin district, Louny, Zatec, Volyne, Pribor,Unicov, Chocen, Vysoke Myto or between Kralupy and Melnik.
