TRICORN GROUP PLC (the "Company")

Grant of Options

On 31 March 2009, the Company granted Phillip Lee, the Company's Finance Director, options over 500,000 ordinary 10p shares in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") pursuant to its Enterprise Management Incentives Option Scheme. Subject to the terms and conditions of the option agreement, 250,000 Shares will vest on 19 April 2009 with 250,000 Shares vesting on 19 January 2010, in each case with an exercise price of 10p per Share.
