In accordance with DTR 3.1.4R, the Company announces that on 8 January 2016, awards were made under the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan 2014 to the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (each, a "PDMR"):

Under the rules of the FY15 annual bonus plan, a third of the annual bonus payable for the year ended 30 September 2015 to the above PDMRs was deferred in the form of a Deferred Bonus Award made under the Deferred Bonus Plan 2014. The shares will vest two years after the cash bonus payment date subject to continued employment and certain clawback provisions.
Further details in respect of the above will be disclosed in the Report on Directors' Remuneration in the Company's 2015 Annual Report and Accounts, which will be sent to shareholders and made available on www.thomascookgroup.com on Friday 15 January 2016.
