The Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2017 ("2017 Annual Report"), Notice of Annual General Meeting 2018 and Proxy Form have been posted or otherwise made available to shareholders today.
In accordance with LR 9.6.1, these documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.
The 2017 Annual Report and the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2018 can also be viewed on the Company's corporate website at www.thomascookgroup.com.
The Annual General Meeting 2018 is scheduled to be held at 10.30am on 8 February 2018 at 1st Floor, North Building, 200 Aldersgate, London, EC1A 4HD.
