Tullett Prebon plc (the "Company") announces the successful completion of the vendor placing of 12,962,765 new ordinary shares of the Company (the "Placing Shares") at 248 pence per share (the "Placing") in connection with the acquisition of PVM Oil Associates Limited and its subsidiaries ("PVM"), a leading independent broker of oil instruments (the "Acquisition").
