On 4 May 2016, certain persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMR') were granted awards over 25 pence ordinary shares of the Company under the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan and/or its Special Equity Award Plan as follows:

The awards are subject to the Rules of the applicable Plan(s). The normal vesting date for the Special Equity Awards is the second anniversary of the date of grant, i.e. 4 May 2018 and for the Deferred Bonus Plan awards the third anniversary of the date of grant, i.e. 6 May 2019. No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards and no consideration is due in connection with the vesting of the awards.
The Company was informed of the above transactions on 4 May 2016.
