Further to the announcement made by TP ICAP this morning, TP ICAP confirms that admission of 310,314,296 New TP ICAP Shares to the premium listing segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities has taken place at 8:00 a.m. today.
