Total Voting Rights

TBC Bank Group PLC ("TBC PLC") confirms, in accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 that, as at 30 June 2024, TBC PLC's issued share capital consisted of 55,378,777 ordinary shares of one penny each (the "Shares"), of which no shares are held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in TBC PLC as at 30 June 2024 is therefore 55,378,777 (the "Total Voting Rights").

The Total Voting Rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator to determine if they are required to notify their interest in voting rights, or a change to that interest, in TBC PLC under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
