Total Voting Rights

TBC Bank Group PLC ("TBC PLC") confirms, in accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 that, as at 31 March 2023, TBC PLC's issued share capital consisted of 54,991,419 ordinary shares of one penny each (the "Shares"), of which no shares are held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in TBC PLC as at 31 March 2023 is therefore 54,991,419 (the "Total Voting Rights").

The Total Voting Rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator to determine if they are required to notify their interest in voting rights, or a change to that interest, in TBC PLC under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
