Dividend Currency Conversion Rate

TBC Bank Group PLC ("TBC PLC") today announces that the Georgian Lari to Pound Sterling exchange rate that will apply to the final dividend payment for 2024 will be 3.6965, being the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Georgia for the period of 9-13 June 2025 inclusive (5 days average).
