In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, TBC Bank Group PLC ("TBC PLC") announces that Maria Luisa Cicognani, a non-executive Director of TBC PLC, has been appointed as the non-executive chairman of the board of Arafa Holding, a company listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange, with immediate effect.
