TBC Bank Group PLC announces Board Committees appointments

TBC Bank Group PLC (“TBC PLC”) announces that it has appointed Maria Luisa Cicognani, Independent Non-Executive Director of TBC PLC, as the head of the Remuneration Committee, as a member of the Risks Ethics and Compliance Committee and as a member of the Audit Committee of TBC PLC and to the equivalent positions at the equivalent committees of the Supervisory Board of TBC PLC's main subsidiary JSC TBC Bank (“the Bank”), in each case with effect from 1 October 2018.

In addition, Tsira Kemularia, Independent Non-Executive Director of TBC PLC, has been appointed as a member of the Corporate Governance and Nomination, the Audit and the Risks Ethics and Compliance committees of TBC PLC and to the equivalent positions at the equivalent committees of the Supervisory Board of the Bank, in each case also with effect from 1 October 2018.
