Eco City Vehicles PLC, the developer and supplier of the London licensed Mercedes Vito taxi, is pleased to announce that further to its announcement on 24 December 2012, ECV has received the report as required by section 593 of the Companies Act 2006 and the 9,216,000 new shares in the capital of ECV have now been issued and allotted. The said shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 8 January 2013.
Following admission of the new shares, the total number of voting rights in the Company's ordinary shares will be 465,749,854.
