Publication of 2008 Annual Report & Accounts
Tau Capital plc (the "Company"), an investment company investing in both public and private businesses that are established in, operating in or have exposure to Kazakhstan and the surrounding regions, today announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial period ending 31 December 2008 and has distributed them to shareholders.
The Company further announces that the Annual General Meeting will be held at 9.30am on 27 May 2009 at IOMA House, Hope Street, Douglas, Isle of Man and a notice of this meeting has been sent to shareholders with the Annual Report and Accounts.
