The Board of Tau confirms that, following the announcement made on 16 October 2013, Richard Horlick and Graham Smith stood down as Directors of the Company on 1 January 2014. Richard Horlick however will remain as a key advisor to the Company.
The Board remains committed to reducing costs where possible.
