Director/PDMR Shareholding
Tate & Lyle PLC (the ‘Company’) was informed yesterday that 9,814 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company (‘Shares’) were released on 7 January 2016 to Joan Braca, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, in accordance with the Restricted Share Award that was granted to Ms Braca on 28 February 2013 following her appointment to the Group. 3,231 Shares were sold at 577.50 pence per Share on the London Stock Exchange to cover Ms Braca’s tax liabilities and sale costs. Ms Braca retained the remaining Shares.
No consideration was paid for the acquisition of these Shares.
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
