Publication of Admission Document

Tap Global Group plc (AQSE: TAP), an innovative digital finance hub that brings money payments and cryptocurrency settlement services together in a single user-friendly app, is pleased to announce that it has published its Admission Document and has applied for the admission of its Ordinary Shares to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission"). The Admission Document is available at the Company's website: https://investor.tap.global/.

Admission and commencement of dealings in the Ordinary Shares in the Company is expected to take place at 8:00 a.m. on 27 June 2025 under the TDIM of TAP.

Cancellation of the trading of the Ordinary Shares on the AQSE Growth Market will take place simultaneously with Admission.

Board Appointment

Tap Group is also pleased to announce the appointment of Steven Borg as a Director of the Company in the role of Chief Financial Officer, with effect from Admission. Steven has served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company since April 2024 and brings significant financial expertise to the Board with over 20 years of accounting experience, having held senior positions in various sectors, including professional services, fintech, and payments. His past roles include positions at PwC, Vega Protocol, Gnosis, and Transact Payments.

Adviser Appointment

SPARK Advisory Partners Limited will be appointed as Nominated Adviser to the Company upon Admission.
