Director Shareholding 

The Company was informed on 3 October 2008 that on 3 October 2008 Brendan Campbell, a Director of the Company, purchased 105,860 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 9.3 pence per share. 

Following this transaction, Mr Campbell holds 111,979 shares representing 0.03% of the Company's current issued share capital.
