Purchase of shares and PDMR notification
Tatton Asset Management plc (AIM: TAM), the on-platform discretionary fund management and IFA support services business, has been notified that on 27 September 2017, Lothar Mentel, Director and Chief Investment Officer, a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), purchased 60,000 ordinary shares of £0.20 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 181 pence per share.
Following the purchase, Mr. Mentel and his connected persons are beneficially interested in 727,584 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.3 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
